Brewing Fundamentals
Use a ratio of 1:16, one part coffee to 16 parts filtered water 14.5g (.5oz) / (1.5tbsp) to 236ml (8oz) 29g (1oz) / (3tbsp) to 472ml (16oz) Big Pot Brew (8-14 cups) ratio 1:21 (the longer the brew the less coffee you need)
Use filtered or spring water for brewing. Water temperature should stay within 199F to 203F to achieve optimal taste with our signature blend.
Always grind your beans fresh. Use a burr grinder for best results. Grind size is dependent on your brew method of choice. Enjoy!
